dont do that diet!!!u cant eat anything!!^^ try drinking a big glass of water with one sugar lump mixed in one hour befor eating twice a day so at around 11 and around 6... drink lots of water generaly and green tea is good too!
eat only at meal times (3 times a day) eat lots of fruit and only eat fruit/veg with one other thing like chicken with spinach (NO pasta or rice...) dont mix stuf too much keep everything simple! (weight watchers is good works well) and stay actif sport... and dont take the lift take the stairs walk if not too far dont take the car/bus for short distances....
and dont become obsesed with food and what u dont/do eat... try and eat regulary 3 times a day (never take second helpings) and dont mix elements simple simple simple!!

ps. i lost 15 kilos in 6months^^u can do it too!!

Good news:

I think i found the best tip to lose weight:

throw away your scale!!!

I didn't weight myself but i can definitely feel that i lost pounds because my jeans feel looser on me!!! :-)

And guess what... Drinking green tea helps me breacking this bad habit I have: stress-eating!!
I'm not kidding this is a really good advice when you're the kind of person who loves late night snacks while watching TV.
